"Pros - * On road society with best connectivity to metros. * Maintenance charges are less compared to other nearby societies. * Many big International schools within 1 km radius. For a working parents child safety is always a concern, there is Raghav school in front of the society and it is one of the best school in the area. * All basic amenities can be availed within the society- grocery stores, saloons, medical shop, temple. * All major festival is celebrated by the residents which brings social harmony. * Unlike other big society before doing any change to the already defined rule RWA has to seek permission from residents. * Lifts and CCTV cameras are installed within the society. * It will be one of the premium location in near future surrounded by big IT MNCs- Idemia, OIDB, Big International Schools, Hospitals and Malls like Anturium and iThum. * There is just 1 entry and exit point so in general guard has an eye on all the activity, I could not recall any instance of theft in any flat so far. * PNG gas connection is there within the society. Cons- Limited green area within the society although one can find park just outside of the society."

"Worst society to live in RWA in Noida, very rude and unprofessional behaviour of inside society broker name - Anil, He is a fraud, he has taken 1000/- just for gate pass at the time of exit even knowing that we are leaving society at a very bad note , there is no sense of giving maintenance charge at this society as no one takes care of it full of seepage issue in all over society and rooms."
